Van was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the leaking toilet at my parents' home, where the connection runs from the toilet to the pipe in the wall leading to the outside sewer.

What I really appreciated was Van's honesty and the way he explained everything clearly. He knows his trade and gives honest advice about the products and work needed, rather than trying to sell you things you don't need. It's refreshing to deal with a plumber who genuinely seems to care about doing the job properly.

We had a burst water pipe under the concrete slab and contacted Housecare Plumbing for help. They were able to locate the leak, cut through the concrete, replace the damaged water line and reinstate the concrete afterwards.

The two plumbers were professional, hardworking and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and completed a fairly big job in around four hours. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they identified the problem and got everything repaired.

Very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received. I would definitely recommend Housecare Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable plumber, especially for a difficult water leak or burst pipe. Thank you for the great work!
